Shipping
Where is the coffee shipped from?
All coffee is roasted fresh and shipped directly from the USA (Chicago or California) to your door.
How long does shipping take?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping within the US takes 5–7 business days, and it's always free. You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to most countries. International rates are calculated at checkout, and delivery typically takes 10–21 business days. Note that customs fees and import duties are the customer's responsibility.
Do all items ship together?
Not always. Apparel, hats, and some accessories are printed and fulfilled separately by our print partner and will arrive in a separate shipment from your coffee order. Bundle items may also ship separately depending on the products included. You'll receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy?
Coffee and consumables are final sale (it's a food product), but if something arrives damaged or you're not happy, reach out — we'll make it right with a replacement, store credit, or refund. For non-consumable items (like mugs or apparel), we accept returns within 30 days in original condition. Email us at scootersdailygrindcoffeeshop@gmail.com to start a return.
My order arrived damaged — what do I do?

About Our Mushroom Coffee
Where does your coffee come from?
We partner with farmers and cooperatives in renowned coffee-growing regions like Peru, Mexico, and Bali. Each origin is carefully selected for its quality and unique flavor profile.
Does it taste like mushrooms?
Not at all! It tastes like real coffee — bold and rich in the Dark Roast, smooth and balanced in the Medium Roast. The mushroom powder blends in completely. You might notice a little natural sediment at the bottom, but that's just the real mushroom powder doing its thing.
How much caffeine is in your mushroom coffee?
It depends on the blend. Our Dark Roast has a full caffeine kick. The Medium Roast and Instant Coffee are lower in caffeine than a standard cup — great if you're sensitive to caffeine or want steady energy without the jitters.
What mushrooms are in your coffee?
All three of our blends contain Lion's Mane (mental clarity & focus), Cordyceps (stamina & sustained energy), and Reishi (calm & balance). We use real mushroom powder — not extracts — so you get the full benefits in every cup.
How many servings are in a bag?
Each bag contains approximately 42 servings. At $22.99 that's about $0.55 a cup — not bad for a premium mushroom coffee!
How do I make it?
The Instant Coffee is the easiest — just add hot water and stir. The Dark and Medium Roasts brew like any regular ground coffee. All three are ready in minutes.
Coffee & Tea
What's the difference between your single-origin and blended coffees?
Single-origin coffees come from one specific region or farm — each has its own distinct flavor profile based on where it's grown. Our blends combine beans from multiple origins for a more consistent, balanced cup. Both are great; it just depends on whether you like exploring unique flavors or prefer something reliably smooth.
Do you offer decaf?
Yes! We carry a Peru Decaf for those who love the ritual without the caffeine.
What grind size should I choose?
It depends on your brew method. Coarse grind for French press or cold brew, medium for drip coffee makers, fine for espresso. If you're unsure, reach out and we'll help you pick the right one.
Do you carry tea?
Yes — we carry a range of teas including Matcha, Hojicha, Masala Chai, Earl Grey, English Breakfast, and several herbal and fruit blends.
Apparel & Accessories
Do your shirts and hoodies run true to size?
Generally yes, but sizing can vary by style. Each product page includes a size guide — we recommend checking it before ordering, especially for fitted styles.
Where is apparel printed and shipped from?
Our apparel and hats are printed on demand by our fulfillment partner and ship separately from your coffee order. You'll receive a separate tracking number for these items.
Can I return or exchange apparel?

Mugs & Equipment
Are your mugs dishwasher safe?
Most of our mugs are dishwasher safe, but we recommend hand washing enamel mugs to preserve the finish. Check the individual product page for care instructions.
