Quality matters. Every coffee we carry is specialty-grade — which means it's been carefully sourced, roasted properly, cupped for taste approval, and inspected for quality before it ever reaches your cup. We don't cut corners on quality, and we don't carry anything we wouldn't drink ourselves.

Our roaster is FDA-registered and FSMA-compliant, so every bag meets strict food safety standards. You can order with confidence.

Where Our Coffee Comes From

We partner with farmers and cooperatives in renowned coffee-growing regions — including Ethiopia, Colombia, Peru, Mexico, Brazil and Bali. Each origin is carefully selected for its quality and unique flavor profile. From there, the beans are roasted fresh in small batches right here in the USA (Chicago or California) and shipped directly to your door.

All coffees can be ordered in your preferred grind — just select at checkout:

• Whole Bean — for those who grind fresh at home
• Standard Grind — perfect for drip coffee makers
• Espresso Grind — fine grind for espresso machines

Our Tea Selection

All of our teas are premium loose-leaf only — no tea bags. We carry a range of carefully selected varieties including Matcha, Hojicha, Masala Chai, Earl Grey, English Breakfast, and several herbal and fruit blends. Loose-leaf means better flavor, better quality, and a more intentional ritual.
