From the misty highlands of Medellín, Antioquia, this single origin Colombian coffee is a testament to what smallholder farmers can achieve when craft meets terroir. Grown at 1,300–1,500 meters on volcanic loam soil, fully washed and carefully dried in solar dryers to protect every bean from the rain — the result is a clean, vibrant medium roast with remarkable complexity.

Expect bright notes of dried orange and berry, rounded out by a rich chocolate finish. It's the kind of cup that makes you slow down and actually taste what's in it.
